ABOUT LUMIPENPRO

LumipenPro was designed by Dr Steven Warnock, a plastic surgeon with more than 20 years of practice experience. LumipenPro was invented to address difficulties in surgical illumination in enclosed spaces with limited visibility. They specifically address issues related to pocket dissection in breast augmentation and secondary breast surgery.

"Nothing is more frustrating than being in surgery and craning my neck to get a good angle for illumination from a headlight. In surgery, I have a pocket that I am working on. The pocket is about six inches wide, but the incision is about an inch and a half. It is super important to have light inside that pocket when I'm operating. Instead of moving my neck to the perfect position to get light into the pocket, the LumipenPro has the light at the tip so I can see exactly where I need to. Not only is it about the light, but it provides suction, is easy to snap on, is quiet... and tons more."
